The Single Cell Biology Service Core offers services for single cell sequencing and spatial biology. We will prepare samples for assays and provide convenient, detailed reports on processed data. Current technologies include:
We partner with the CHOP HTS core for library sequencing and with the CHOP Pathology core for sample preparation in support of spatial biology services.
The Core is part of the Center for Single Cell Biology, we thrive to drive scientific discovery and advancement of pediatric patient care by harnessing the power of single-cell technologies.
